  • Go to the App Store and look for ALEXA APP, Download Alexa App and install it. Sign in with your Amazon Alexa Account. If you don’t have that then go to www.alexa.amazon.com and create an account.

  • A list of Amazon Echo models appears on your mobile screen, select your device, a search will begin and the name of your Alexa will appear in the wifi settings of your smartphone, select the device by going to the wifi settings of your Echo and clicking on the “Connect” button.   •  Alexa not connected to the power source.

  • After that, A Wi-Fi search will begin, connect Alexa to WiFi which will provide the internet to it.
  • When you see your Alexa connected to the WiFi. Then, an audio tone or kind of sound will come up.
